15 years ago Seve decided to take a leap of faith and undertake a new challenge. Instead of being the HR IT expert working with products such as PeopleSoft and other HR packages he decided to get back into the Transportation business and specialize in Yard Management Systems and Solutions. At the time Seve worked for 4Front Engineered Solutions which manufactures loading dock equipment.
Because Seve had a reputation for outstanding services and completing projects on time and on budget, he was asked to move over into this new initiative in the YMS space with a product called 4Sight.
Seve quickly became one of the leading experts in the Yard Management industry. This included both IoT solutions as well as non IoT solutions. As a result Seve has been interviewed for several publications as well as numerous podcasts.

In addition to working for 4Sight, Seve became an expert on many other solutions including PINC/Kalaris, MindLogic/P44, FourKites, Yard View and Yard Management Solutions.
Within each organization Seve has had various roles, but more importantly has always served as an internal SME who freely shares knowledge and support to other team members.
It's common to see Seve working with steel toe boots and safety vest training gate or yard personnel one minute, then appear in a board room to share information with project owners and C level executives.
